Did you know that gardening can reduce stress and mental clarity, while also helping to prevent a variety of diseases such as colon cancer and heart disease?

Scientists have studied many foods and dietary components for possible associations of reducing cancer risk. We would like to help you learn about the value of gardening and plant-based diets. Join us for Harvesting Hope, an educational series for cancer patients and their families.

Tuesday, July 24
6 to 7 p.m. - Garden Troubleshooting and Myth Busting

Thursday, Sept. 20
10 to 11 a.m. - Fall Harvest
